The Walled Garden
This recording is to allow the release of anxieties and issue that are troubling you. Simply listen with stereo headhones and ensure that you will not be disturbed for around 30 minutes.
A 25 minute recording that is a visualisation to allow for the release of presenting triggers of anxiety. This is an eyes closed exercise where you need to find a space to relax with your head being supported; a chair, bed or sofa are ideal. Make sure to tell those around you that you are listening to a recording and that you do not wish to be disturbed.
