Focus area: Health anxiety and obsessive worries about your own health and your children’s wellbeing. Designed for people who want focused help with health anxiety, intrusive health fears and repeated checking or reassurance seeking around illness over 12 structured sessions & 3 follow-up appointments.

If you are not able to attend your booked appointment, please give at least 24 hour notice and you can either have your Fee refunded or Email me and I will move your booking. Late cancellations may result in the session being chargeable.
