Choosing a therapist can feel quite daunting! To make this easier I offer this free taster session, where you can meet me, ask any questions you have, or simply chat. This allows you to assess if you could work with me, if you feel comfortable and confident to trust that I can help you. This can help you decide if therapy is right for you, no obligation, no pressure, and no cost.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your booked appointment, please give at least 24 hour notice and you can either have your Fee refunded or Email me and I will move your booking. Late cancellations may result in the session being chargeable.
