Clinical Psychotherapist Lead
I have worked as a psychotherapist for more than 20 years, supporting people with a wide range of personal, emotional and relationship challenges. I work with individuals and couples, both face-to-face and online.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss, low confidence or a sense that something in your life is no longer working as it should. Sometimes the problem is clear. At other times, you may simply know that you do not feel like yourself and want help making sense of why.
My approach is integrative and practical. Rather than assuming that one type of therapy will suit everyone, I draw from different therapeutic approaches and adapt the work to meet your needs, your personality and the situation you are facing.

There are some things we cannot easily see from our own perspective. Just as a second mirror can help us see the back of our head, therapy can reflect thoughts, beliefs, values, patterns and reactions that may be difficult to notice on our own. Some reflections may feel reassuring or even obvious, while others may feel uncomfortable at first. Either way, they can help create clearer understanding, greater self-awareness and more choice.

I aim to offer a calm, respectful and non-judgemental space where difficult subjects can be spoken about honestly. You do not need to worry about feeling embarrassed or about having to present things perfectly. We can begin with where you are.

I offer a free initial taster session so that we can talk about what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have and consider whether working together feels right for you.

Alongside my clinical work, I offer clinical supervision to established counsellors and psychotherapists both individually and group setting. I also provide structured support and supervision for counsellors developing their practice through placement work.
